Spaces are first come first serve bases. Please contact

PERIWINKLE WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING
* A Friendly environment, and space for your products.
* Inventory form/list, vendor code for all goods.
* PAYOUTS are done at the end of each month. A Recoded report and breakdown
of your sales is included.
* All sales transaction will be recorded and reported monthly.
* Packaging materials, wrapping, debit and credit card machine.
*A section in the store where you could display information about yourself/company/product/business
cards.etc.
* Professional and friendly sales staff.
* If seasonal events/show occurs, Periwinkle will provide space for
designers and vendors to showcase their product (additional charges
may apply).
* Designers and vendors are encouraged to decorate their own space tastefully.
* Free advertising and Bio on one of our website page.
RENTING
CONDITIONS
* For new tenants, there is a 4 month term rental period at the beginning.
Meaning when you sign up with us, we will require first and last month
cheque plus 2 post dated chq.
* Once your 4 month term is up, and wish to stay on, then rent will
be on a month bases.
* A 10% sales commission will be taken from all sales to cover admin
and banking fee (credit/debit machine)
* Discount will be given for a one year term lease.
* Anytime a tenant decided to leave, and then return after a month or
so, the tenant will be considered as a new tenant, and the 4 month term
rental will be applied.
* Only up to 2 tenants (of the same company) could register and manage
one box/shelf at one time.
* Sharing of space is prohibited, unless inquired and agreed upon by
periwinkle.
* Tenants are allowed to sign up to 5 shelf space. Discount will be
applied. Contact us for more info.
* Tenants must be 18 years of age and over.
