Periwinkle is founded by young Canadian girl, an ambitious female entrepreneur who has a passion for design and a knack for beautiful handmade crafts. Her background in textiles, embroidery, sewing, graphic and website design an experience as a high-end retail store manager makes the opening of Periwinkle her perfect venture.
Due to product demand, Cindy was no longer able to maintain her day job, make products and participate in craft shows all over the country. In August 2009, she decided it was time to take the plunge and create a marketplace in a high-end boutique environment to help out other crafters like herself. Periwinkle is the perfect place for other ambitious designers who use high quality products and superior craftsmanship to take their business to the next level. The designers at Periwinkle get to be their own boss, make money and showcase their product with very little financial risk!   Everyone needs a helping hand, and periwinkle is here to support, help and believe.

At Periwinkle, we lend out affordable shelf space, wall, clothing racks, displays, mannequins to help local entrepreneurs and designers to materialize their beloved venture. Periwinkle is the ideal trading platform for small and new start up business to sell your products! Just imagine, you could be your own boss! For a $1.25 a day, you have a place to sell your products, your design. For just $1.25 a day we will provide you space and staff! For a $1.25 a day, you could showcase your items in the market. We cater to local designers/entrepreneur a space, a means to express and sell their work/products out to the public. We help budding, new entrepreneur/designers with limited budget a chance to be their own boss! Periwinkle gives a good opportunity to advertise, to introduce your products, to distribute your products across the GTA. Start small and build up, be your own Boss!
